That’s why we do things differently. The focus of our Brand Alchemy process is on creating small behavior shifts. We do this by using a unique blend of medical, creative, and technological expertise to produce effective results.
Here’s how it works:
We first identify all the audiences that can impact your business: the sales rep, primary care physician, patient, or pharmacist. Then we plot out a series of desired behaviors that will lead to our desired outcomes. The more specific and concrete the behaviors are, the better.
Metrics are applied to help us identify any problem areas. This information helps with tactic development and, if need be, lets us know if we need to adjust our thinking.
All tactics and programs are listed out under appropriate behavioral milestones to ensure precise resource allocation and efficient branding efforts.
Future creative tactics can then be planned, tactical holes uncovered, and untapped opportunities identified.
